About Us

Accent Home Staging, LLC's professional journey began in 2007.  We originally offered only occupied and vacant staging services for homes at traditional price points. We have grown since then, and now offer more service options. Including specialized services for luxury homes and conceptual staging services for the unique needs commercial and residential listings. We are insured, licensed and experienced.


We are active in the industry and represent ourselves through RESA and the local RESA Atlanta Chapter.

Professional Home Stager & Interior Decorator, member in good standing of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) & RESA-PRO Designee. She is a RESA Approved Instructor, teaching CE Courses to Real Estate Agents in Georgia. Amy was born in Griffin, GA and has lived in the suburbs of North Metro Atlanta since 1997.


Amy is also the owner of Accent Yourself Today! which features jewelry and accessories for the business professional wanting to make a great first impression.  


Amy has 20+ years in Theater as an Actress, Director and Set Designer. In 2008-2011, she was the Drama Teacher and Director for the Cherokee County based homeschool Co-Op, HEDGE. There she lead the high school and middle school drama and improv classes. She uses her skills in set design with her home staging projects alike. It is a fine art to take a set and turn it into a believable environment for telling a story. Home staging is similar, it is the art of taking a home and turning it into a buyers dream.


Amy is an active volunteer and leader in MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers). She has over ten experience encouraging, equipping and developing moms with young children to be the best mothers, women and leaders possible.  She is the Coordinator for the MOPS@COAH group in Woodstock, GA.

Amy Powers (39) has been involved in the staging industry since 2006. She formed Accent Home Staging in 2007. She was the first Georgia (Cherokee County) RESA Chapter and was that Chapter's President from 2008 and into 2009. She also shares her expertise in Real Estate Staging as an Ezine Expert Article Author and as a staging consultant for the website www.Frontdoor.com. March 2011, AHS work was highlighted in the Sandy Springs and Cherokee Life Magazine.he is a 2011 Cambridge Who's Who for the Real Estate Industry. She was elected by the RESA Atlanta Chapter for 2012 at the Board Chair for Marketing and Technology.
